Chlorella, rich in healthy nutrients

Chlorella is a green algae that is very rich in healthy nutrients such as protein, fat, fibre, minerals and vitamins. In particular, the amount of Vitamin C and beta carotene are very high. Both ingredients are anti-oxidants which ensure that free radicals and harmful unstable molecules are blocked.

This alga is rich in choloryl: it contains more chlorophyll than any other plant in the world.

It is therefore an attractive food source, as it contains a high level of protein and other essential nutrients such as dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals.

Chlorella as a superfood: green inside, clean inside

Dried, this green algae contains approximately 55-67% protein, 1-4% chlorophyll, 9-18% dietary fiber and a number of minerals and vitamins.

Before we can use this algae as a food supplement, it must be collected, dried into a paste, then crumbled into a fine green powder that can then be processed into a tablet.

This rich source of nutrition is therefore often referred to as Superfood: 'green inside, clean inside'. Chlorella contains 10% vitamins and minerals and provides more energy. In addition, Chlorella supports digestion and the cleansing effect of the liver.
